AGENDA

 

1. Affiliate collective members to All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”;

2. Elect members to the Council of Kharkov Regional Department of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”;

3. Create the Committees of Kharkov Regional Department of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”;

4. Legalize Kharkov Regional Department of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”;

5. Affirm the Rules of Inter-agents relations as Standards of professional activity at Kharkov regional real estate market;

6. Discuss the plan of courses at the Courses of raising the level of realtor’s qualification for the first 6 months of 2007;

7. About creating Legal Center on solving Real Estate questions;

8. Other.

 

 

1. Affiliate following candidates as collective members to All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” according to the register (Appendix №1 to minutes №4 of General Assemblies of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”).

 

2. Affirm I.N. Netesa and G.M. Krymov as the members of the Council from collective members of Kharkov Regional Department of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”.

 

3. Approve the personal composition of the Council of Kharkov Regional Department of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” according to the register.

3.1 Approve the Committees of Kharkov Regional Department of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”:

 

1. Committee on legal representation of realtors’ activity.

2. Committee on solving the disputes between realtors.

3. Committee on Information technologies.

4. Committee on professional ethics and Inter-agents relations.

5. Committee on professional education, raising the level of realtor's qualification, voluntary certification and standardization of realtor’s activity.

6. Committee on regional analytics.

7. Committee on developing land relations.

 

3.2 Affirm personal composition of Committees of Kharkov Regional Department of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” according to the register.

4.1 Legalize Kharkov Regional Department of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”.

 

4.2 entrust the member of the Council Spitsa Aleksey Adolfovich with bringing the documents to the registration body for legalization of Kharkov Regional Department of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” according to the current legislation of Ukraine.

 

5.1 Affirm the Rules of Inter-agents relations as Standards of professional activity at Kharkov regional real estate market.

 

5.2 Entrust the Committee on professional ethics and Inter-agents relations to complete the content of Rules of Inter-agents relations.

 

6.1 Entrust the Committee on professional ethics and Inter-agents relations, raising the level of realtor's qualification, voluntary certification and standardization of realtor’s activity to develop the Plan of courses at the Courses of raising the level of realtor’s qualification for the first 6 months of 2007.

 

 

7. Entrust the Committee on legal representation of realtors’ activity to create Legal Center on solvig Real Estate questions.
