AGENDA

 

1. Discuss the project of the Law of Ukraine №3499 “About realtors' activity”;

2. Results of participating the delegation of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” at the Tenth National Congress of real estate (Russia, St. Petersburg).

3. Regional conference “Interaction of operators at the market of mortgage lending in Kharkov region: purposes and tasks”.

4. Fourth Congress of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”.

5. Affiliation to the members of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”.

6. Other.

 

 

1.1 Initiate gathering of signatures against passing a project of Law of Ukraine №3499 “About realtors' activity”.

1.2 Apply to political parties with the offer to join the lobbying of alternative laws in draft.

1.3 Send the claim to the bodies of state power with other offers regarding Law of Ukraine №3499 “About realtors' activity”.

 

 

2. Admit the results of participating the delegation of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” at the Tenth National Congress of real estate as satisfactory resulted.

 

 

3. Recommend the members of KhRD “URG” participate in the Conference  “Interaction of operators at the market of mortgage lending in Kharkov region: purposes and tasks”.

 

 

4.1 Approve Regulations of the committee on solving disputes between realtors in the provided edition.

 

4.2 Consider disputes in the committee, which appeared only during the period when realtor was a member of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”.

 

 

5. Elect the delegates for the third Congress of All-Ukrainian civil society organization “Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” according to the following register:
