We are glad to welcome you at the page of Kharkov regional department of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
At the present stage of regional department’s forming we have defined the list of top-priority questions that are facing our city and region realtors’ community. The solution of these questions in principle is a starting point in forming sound competitive sphere at the regional real estate market. The expansion of department’s business has a booming effect. Of course, for the present day Kharkov department consists of 40 common members and 800 individual members. Besides of the considerable increase of staff, the Council of department was formed. And, 41 representatives were included by the proportional principle into the Council of department.
General meeting of department took a decision about juridical legalization of Kharkov regional department of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild", especially considering that all the necessary documents are prepared. And, only the procedure of official legalization is left, that will be hold in the nearest future.
Also the profile committees were formed. Their work is concentrated on the main directions of realtors’ activity, solving the most important questions of realtors' community’s activity. For the present day the committees develop mechanisms and methods of their effective work and determine the short-term outlook of collaboration.
Kharkov department of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" continues to accept the applications from realtors and real estate agencies, that wish to become common or individual members of our professional organization. We are sure that in the nearest future our number will be increased by new, worthy and respectable representatives of realtors’ community in Kharkov and Kharkov region.
