1. Create Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
2. Approve Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
3. Elect governing and supervisory bodies of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
4. Elect members of Guild’s Council
5. Admit the Honorary members of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
1. Create Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
2. Approve Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".in the proposed project.
3. Elect Gertruda Solomonovna Sivolobova as the President of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
Elect Vice-Presidents of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild":
Shkileva Nataliya Vladimirovna – the First Vice-President.
Furman Svetlana Ivanovna – the Second Vice-President.
Elect Inspection commission that consists of:
Golovin Valeriy Ivanovich – the Head of Inspection commission
Logutenko Viktoriya Anatol’evna – the member of Inspection commission
Molchanov Evgeniy Nikolaevich – the member of Inspection commission.
4. Approve the following membership of Guild’s Council:
1. Sivolobova Gertruda Solomonovna - President of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild", the Head of the Council;
2. Shkileva Nataliya Vladimirovna– the First Vice-President of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild", the member of the Council
3. Furman Svetlana Ivanovna – the Second Vice-President of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild", the member of the Council;
4. Shkilev Sergey Nikolaevich – the member of the Council;
5. Spitsa Aleksey Adolfovich – the member of the Council;
6. Molchanov Evgeniy Nikolaevich – the member of the Council;
