1. Discuss, approve and admit Constitution about membership in Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild.
2. Approve Standard regulations about local department of Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild.
3. Set entrance fees and membership installments.
4. Consider the applications about joining the Guild.
5. Create committees.
1. Approve and adopt the Constitution about membership in Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild.
2. Approve Standard regulations about local department of Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild and recommend local departments to approve the Constitution about this local department, that should be according Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild’ Statute and Standard regulations.
3. Set entrance fees and membership installments.
1. For natural persons: entrance fee not less than 10 hryvnas, and monthly membership installment not less than 3 hryvnas,
2. For legal entities: entrance fee not less than 30 hryvnas, and monthly membership installment not less than 20 hryvnas,
3. For natural persons – business activity entities: : entrance fee not less than 20 hryvnas, and monthly membership installment not less than 10 hryvnas,
4. Local departments are authorized to take decisions concerning increase of entrance fees and membership installment.
4. Affiliate Ruban Svetlana Svetlanovna (Cherkassy) and Shubravskiy Vladislav Artyomovich (Chernovtsi) to Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild’ (with further possibility to create local departments).
5. Approve 7 committees:
1. Committee on membership and ethics
2. Committee on increasing the professional level of realtors
3. Committee on IT (information technologies)
4. Committee on regional policy
5. Committee on public relations and international co-operation
6. Committee on budget
7. Committee on courts of arbitration’s organization
6. Legalize local departments of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” (by the register) according to the current legislation of Ukraine.
