1. 4-th Congress of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” convocation;
2. Alteration and adjustment of the current Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild";
3. Forward the candidature of the President of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild";
4. Other.

 

1.1 Convoke the next 4-th Congress of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" on October, 22, 2007.

1.2 Approve the provided agenda of the 4-th Congress of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".

AGENDA of the 4-th Congress of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild"

1. Alteration and adjustment of the current Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild";
2. Elect managerial staff of. Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild";
3. Approve the strategy of development of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild"
4. Create permanently acting court of arbitration’s organization of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
5. Other.

1.3 Assign a quota from representative office 1 delegate from 50 members of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".

1.4 Inform the members of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" about the date and agenda of the 4-th Congress of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” by the means of address messaging.

 

2.1 Recommend the 4-th Congress of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” to approve the developed alteration and adjustment of the current Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".

2.2 Prepare the necessary documents for holding the 4-th Congress of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”.

 

3.1 Nominate Nataliya Vladimirovna Shkileva as a President of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" according to clause 5.8.23 of the current Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
