Agenda
1. Set the Plan of development of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" for 2007 –first six months of 2008.
2. Set the ways of legislative regulation of realtor’s activity in Ukraine.
a) annotation to the provided project of Law of Ukraine “About Realtor’s Activity”
b) alternative projects of the Law of Ukraine “About Realtor’s Activity”
c) standards of professional realtor’s activity in Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
3. Arrange the professional training of members of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" and realtors.
4. Create permanently acting Court of Arbitration’s organization of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
5. Create the all-Ukrainian data portal of real estate functioning under Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild". Sponsorship of the data portal.
6. Other.
1.1 Approve the Plan of development of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" for 2007 –first six months of 2008. Convoke the next 4-th Congress of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" on October, 22, 2007.
2.1 Develop and approve the Standards of realtor’s activity in Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
2.2 Register the Standards of realtor’s activity in Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" in the order which is determined by the current legislation.
2.3 Apply to professional realtors’ organizations of Ukraine with business proposal to join the process of creating unified standards of realtors’ activity.
2.4 Sign the application about Non-support of the provided project of the Law № 3499 “About realtors’ activity” along with other professional realtors’ organizations of Ukraine
3.1 Approve the Program of professional education in Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
3.2 Start the work on publishing methodical workbooks which correspond to the approved program of professional education in Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
4.1 Create permanently acting Court of Arbitration’s organization of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
4.2 Recommend to elect Igor Ivanovich Dutka for the position of Chairman of permanently acting Court of Arbitration’s organization functioning under Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
5.1 Create the all-Ukrainian data portal of real estate functioning under Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
5.2 Finance the creating of the portal at the expense of members’ optional contributions legalized and not legalized by Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
5.3 Every legalized department should contribute the sum of membership fee agreed above till October, 26, 2007.
6.1 Conclude the agreement with the firm, which provides accounting services and adjust bookkeeping of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
6.2 Hire a specialist for maintaining the Internet site of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" and Guild’s portal.
6.3 Hold next meeting of Guild’s Council in November, 24, 2007 in Dnepropetrovsk.
