1. Alteration and adjustment of the present Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".

2. Elect managerial staff of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".

3. Approve the strategy of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" development.

4. Create permanently acting court of arbitration’s organization of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".

5. Other.

 

 

The Chairman of the Congress is elected Nataliya Vladimirovna Shkileva

The Secretary is Dmitriy Viktorovich Prokudin.

 

1.1 Approve alteration and adjustment of the current Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" in the provided edition.

 

1.2 Register the alterations in the order, which is determined by the current legislation

 

 

2.1 Elect managers of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" on the list:

 

1. President of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" – Nataliya Vladimirovna Shkileva;

2. First vice-president of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" – Viktoriya Anatolievna Logutenko;

3. Vice-president of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" – Evgeniy Nikolaevich Molchanov;

4. Vice-president of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" – Valeriy Ivanovich Golovin.

 

2.2 Elect Guild’s Council of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" composition on the list:

2.3 Elect members to auditing committee according to the following list:

2. Member of Auditing Committee of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" - Oksana Nikolaevna Slatnitskaya;

3. Member of Auditing Committee of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" - Anastasiya Alekseevna Kryuchok.

 

2.4 Elect members to the Committee of Standardization and to the Committee on regional policy of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" in the following composition an according the following list:

 

1. The Chairman of the Committee of Standardization - Irina Vladimirovna Zholudeva;

2. Member of the Committee of Standardization – Valentina Mikhailovna Lisovol.

 

 

1. The Chairman of the Committee on regional policy of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" - Sergey Vasiliech Ryzhkov;

2. Member of the Committee on regional policy of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" - Yuriy Bogdanovich Ploschanskiy.

 

 

3.1 Approve the strategy of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" development in the provided edition.

 

 

4.1 Create permanently acting Court of Arbitration’s organization of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".

 

4.2 Elect Igor Ivanovich Dutka as the Chairman of the permanently acting Court of Arbitration’s organization of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".

 

 

5.1 Admit Igor Ivanovich Dutka as the Honorary member of the Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" for his special significant contribution into the real estate market's forming.
