1. About unified Standards of realtors’ activity;
2. About participating in the activity of All-Ukrainian Realtors’ Union;
3. About creating all-Ukrainian portal of real estate functioning under Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”. Reorganization of Internet site of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”;
4. About creating permanently acting Court of Arbitration’s organization of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild";
5. About legalization of regional departments of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild";
6. Other.
1.1 Create a working group on creating the standard of realtors’ activity “STANDARD OF REALTOR’S SERVICE”.
1.2 Create a working group composed of N.V. Shkileva (head), I.I. Dutka, A.A. Spitsa, E.M. Molchanov, V.S. Druchek, V.M. Lisovol, I.V. Zholudeva, N.S. Ivanina, D.V. Prokudin.
1.3 Take as a basis of Work Standard Limited Liability Company “Lvov Association of real estate market participants”.
1.4 Send the projects of Standards to the working group till December, 1, 2007.
1.5 Familiarize the colleagues, who signed “Agreement about Ukrainian Professional Realtors’ Organizations’ collaboration”, with the project of Standard dated 12.14.2007.
2.1 Propose to the participants of “Agreement about Ukrainian Professional Realtors’ Organizations collaboration” to hold on the meeting of VSR during the last ten days of December.
2.2 Approve “Regulations of All-Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild, the form of representativeness in VSR and the project of standard of providing realtors’ service, which is supposed to be universally recognized by Professional Realtors’ Organizations.
3.1 Let Real Estate Agencies, which do not have their own Internet site, open their personal pages at the portal of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”.
3.2 Approve the design of portal and its functional possibilities till December, 5, 2007.
3.3 Set 14.01.2008 as the date of portal’s opening.
4.1 Approve “Regulations about permanently acting Court of Arbitration’s organization functioning under Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
4.2 Approve regulations of permanently acting Court of Arbitration’s organization of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
4.3 Approve the register of arbiters in the provided edition.
4.4 Locate permanently acting Court of Arbitration’s organization of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" in the city of Lvov and open individual bank account for providing its functioning.
5.1 Expedite legalization of local departments of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild”.
6.1 Develop the complex of measures for possibility of collaboration with Ukrainian real estate market participants’ organizations.
6.2 Develop the Strategy project of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” participating in the international organizations.
6.3 Develop “Regulations about Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” members’ certification”
