Mission of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild"

Guild’s mission

is to assist securing of civilized real estate market functioning; to provide safe working conditions for all participants of real estate market and for developing realtors’ activity in Ukraine.

Guild's objectives (according to the Regulations):

► Assistance in creating the most favourable conditions in Ukraine for functioning the civilized real estate market and developing the market of informational and consultative service in the sphere of real estate transactions.
► Assistance in inviting to collaboration the governmental, public, trade union, profit-making and other organizations, which activity is directed to end-to-end solution of problems of improvement the forms and methods of the work at the real estate market.
► Assistance in bringing order to search and its coordination in the sphere of real estate transactions, particularly concerning management, evaluating, designing, house-building, investment, trade and taxation policy, mortgage lending, insurance, privatization, stock-exchange activity; in social research of real estate market, gathering and processing statistical and analytical information.
► Assistance in the process of real estate privatization.
► Assistance in creating data retrieval systems in the sphere of real estate transactions and Ukrainian bank of the real estate market subjects and objects.
► Assistance in integration Ukrainian info bases in the sphere of real estate transactions into branched international info networks.
► Assistance in creating conditions for realization projects and programs, which were developed by domestic and foreign specialists in the sphere of real estate transactions.
► Assistance in creating and expansion of new technologies in the sphere of real estate transactions (including technologies of standard and software) and also their adaptation to specific external environment.
► Assistance in working out the samples of the documents, which regulate relationship between the subjects of the real estate market and their application into the practical realtors’ activity.
► Assistance in professional training members of Guild and its partners.
► Assistance in working out new methods and means of stock-taking, registration and statistics in the sphere of real estate transactions.
► Assistance in studying the world's experience and collaboration with similar organizations abroad; assistance in developing business connections between Guild and its members and foreign organizations.
► Assistance in granting help to members of Guild in solving their problems, study and application of the international practice experience.
► Development and application of the system of measures on banning unfair competition, prevention from disclosure of commercial classified information and committing other abuses and violations of ethic and other standards in business relation by subjects of real estate market.

In order to succeed and to accomplish the main objectives, Guild has the right in accordance with the procedure established by current legislation to:

·    Be the participant of civil relations, to acquire estate and non-estate rights.
·    Represent and protect its legal interests and its members’ legal interests in the organs of authority and local government, tribunal, organizations, institutions and enterprises and their associations.
·    Support other associations of citizens ideologically, organizationally and endow; to provide with help their creating.
·    Create institutions and organizations, to establish enterprises that are necessary for accomplishing goals and objectives from regulations.
·    Establish or join international associations (associations, unions, etc.), to sign agreements about collaboration and mutual aid with other associations of citizens, and, also to become their members.
·    Receive the necessary information for realization its goals and objectives from the organs of authority and local government.
·    Put forward proposals on settlement the relationship between the subjects of the real estate market to the organs of authority and government.
·    Expand information and to propagandize its ideas and goals.
·    Establish mass media.
·    Accomplish social analysis of projects of government legal regulations, their regulatory influence development the real estate market and bringing them out to social discussion.
·    Render assistance to improvement the quality of offered by the subjects of the real estate market services.
·    Participate in organization and holding symposia, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, competitions, and lectures for increasing the professional level of specialists in the sphere of real estate transactions.
·    Perform other actions that are not banned by current legislation and statutory by the Law of Ukraine "About unification of citizens".
