"Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" is the first and unique mass realtors’ organization in Ukraine. Our organization can be characterized as “the community of professionals”, who work in the context of declared standards and principles.

The organization was created in June, 6 and it was registered by the Ministry of Justice in Ukraine in September, 19, 2006. It was founded by the most competent representatives of realtors’ community, who represent all regions of the Ukraine.

When we were creating the Guild we considered that modern realtors’ community was mature enough to understand the efficient way of professional self-organization, non-governmental public regulation by their activity and complete concernment in creating harmonious corporative sphere at dynamically developing market, where just laws of civilized competition in force.

We are sure, that real estate market is integral and interconnected part of social, political and economic life of Ukraine. Consequently the absence of stability at real estate market may essentially influence the situation in the country as a whole. Active and developing market may become an efficient vector of public destabilization of society, because housing problem is one of the most important problems for population.

We are the organization that was created by realtors themselves for self-regulation of their professional activity. The members of Guild think that self-regulation of their professional activity is that priority direction, which will define future harmonic development of the real estate market and normalize realtors’ activity and raise it to a qualitative new level. That is why the Guild takes an active part in working out the Code of professional realtor’s ethics and the Standards of realtor’s professional activity and other legal texts, which regulate realtors’ work.

"Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" increases the level of realtor's profession image. Standard programs of general education for realtors are on the stage of developmental work. The newest national United Multi-data-sheet System (database of real estate objects) is being created and implemented all over Ukraine.

We are the organization, which is open to all professional realtors. We constantly collaborate with mass media, social and corporative advertisement. We influence the forming of public opinion and positive image of realtor’s profession.

"Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" invites all professional realtors, public organizations and communities and also mass media to cooperation.
