All-Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" was created and still acting as .a mass, self-governing, open, democratic, professional organization of realtors of Ukraine", which provides functioning civilized real estate market, sets safe conditions of activity for all participants of real estate market and development of realtors’ activity in Ukraine.

UNION OF PROFESSIONALS
1. Development of the organization's structure.
Creating a mass all-Ukrainian professional realtors’ organization with brunched structure of regional departments, which act on federative grounds. Strong departments – strong organization, real nation-wide organization is an effective tool of representative office of Ukrainian realtors’ professional interests.
2. Creating the unified National Standards of realtors’ activity.
On the basis of positive experience of regional realtors’ organizations work, which consider the present specificity and traditions of regional real estate markets, initiation of accepting the proposed by "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" professional standards by the corresponding government body, which provides state regulatory policy. Unified National Standards of realtors’ activity are the guarantee of civilized real estate market, defense and support for real estate market’s operators and consumers of realtors’ services.
3. Collaboration with professional realtors’ organizations of Ukraine.
Being conscious of destroying influence of confrontation between realtors’ organizations, "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" as a strong professional realtors’ organization upholds the principle of constructive collaboration with other realtors’ organizations on a partnership voluntary basis, equality of rights, community of interests in creating the civilized real estate market of Ukraine. Consolidation of civil society realtors’ organizations is effective protection of realtors’ interests.
4. Collaboration with international professional realtors’ organizations.
Representing the interests of national realtors union of Ukraine, "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" heads for engaging of international experience of creating civilized real estate market and standards of professional realtors’ activity. "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" sets business relations between its members and foreign organizations, creates necessary conditions for projects and programs realization, which were developed by native and foreign specialists in the sphere of real estate.
5. Relations with state bodies.
Assistance in bringing in state, public, trade union and other organizations to collaboration, activity of which directed towards complex problems-solving on improvement of forms and methods of work at the real estate market. Interference of state bodies into the activity of "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" as well as interference of "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" into the activity of state bodies of local governing or any other union of citizens is not allowed, except the cases provided by the current legislation of Ukraine. "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" as a civil society organization makes social analysis of standard-legal documents projects and their regular influence on the real estate market development, provides recommendations and brings them out to public discussion.
6. Introduction of the unified National Program of realtors’ professional training.
Qualitative professional education of realtor is the most important condition of providing a qualitative realtors’ service. "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" along with other partner realtors’ organizations maintains creating united educational institutions and unification of the educational programs, standardization and certification of realtors. There is a voluntary certification as a result, which is a confirmation of high professional realtor’s level.
7. Creating of National Multi-listing system (real estate portal).
Integrating the newest information systems of work in the sphere of performing operations with real estate and their adaptation to the specific conditions of exploitation into the national information area.
8. Convocation of National Realtor’s Council.
NRC is a consultative body, which unite professional realtors’ organizations of Ukraine, and, which is to become the center of consolidation of realtors’ professional community.
