1 Alteration and adjustment of the current Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
2. Elect the President of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
3. Elect personal staff of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
4. Set the Plan of development of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" for 2007 –first six months of 2008.
5. Create working team to study the appropriateness of the Project of Law of Ukraine №3499 “About realtors’ activity”.
6. Create working team from Standard realtors activity of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” project development and Code of professional realtors ethics.
7. Approve Appeal of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" to realtors of Ukraine.

1.1 Approve working team on developing the project of alteration and adjustment of the current Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild", personally:

1.2 Entrust the working team on developing the project of alteration and adjustment of the current Regulations of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" to prepare the project of alteration and adjustment till July, 15, 2007. They should report about their activity at the Guild’s Council session on September, 21, 2007.
2.1 Authorize first vice-president of the Guild Shkileva Nataliya Vladimirovna to perform the duties of the Guild’s President.
2.2 Entrust Guild’s Council performing the necessary activity regarding organization of the 4-th Congress of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild". Elect managerial staff of the Guild.
2.3. Authorize Prokudin Dmitriy Viktorovich to perform the duties of Executive Director of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild".
3.1 Elect the composition of the committees:
1. Committee on increasing the professional level of realtors

2. Committee on membership and ethics

4.1 Take as the basis the provided Plan of development of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" for 2007 - first six months of 2008.
4.2 Entrust Guild’s Council to complete the provided project of the Plan of development of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" for 2007 –first six months of 2008 for Guild’s Council approval on September, 21, 2007.
5.1 Approve the working team to study the appropriateness of the Project of Law of Ukraine №3499 “About realtors’ activity” in the following composition:
1. Shkileva N.V. (the head of the working team)
2. Sivolobova G.S.
3. Logutenko V.A.
4. Dutka I.I.
5. Slatnitskaya O.M.
6.1 Approve the working team from Standard realtors activity of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild” project development and Code of professional realtors ethics in the following composition:

7.1 Approve the appeal of Ukrainian civil society organization "Ukrainian Realtors’ Guild" to realtors of Ukraine in the provided edition.
7.2 In the case of appropriateness they should initiate collecting signatures against enacting the project of the Law of Ukraine №3499 “About realtors’ activity”.
